Fire Extinguisher and hood technician

Job description:

Fuller Fire & Safety Equipment Inc. is a leader in the fire protection and security industry and is seeking a qualified Portable Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Hood Suppression System Inspector in Columbus Georgia area.

Requirements:

  •  Experience performing annual portable fire extinguishers inspections.

  • Installing and mounting portable fire extinguishers

  • Experience performing semi-annual and annual inspections of kitchen hood fire suppression systems

  • System Installation experience is a plus, but not required

  • Working knowledge of NFPA codes and standards

  • Strong work ethic and integrity

  • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

Description:

  • Direct report to Supervisor

  • Reviewing scope of work and performing work based on the scope

  • Ability to work well with others

Other:

  • MUST have minimum high school diploma/GED

  • MUST have a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule

  • Overtime maybe required with a short notice
